I was a little reluctant when the team of Nikki Fontenot and Michele Nortman approached me to speak to seniors in the classroom setting for three days. I was nervous about giving up three class periods for a presentation. From the moment Michele and Nikki entered my classroom, I realized that I had made the right decision for my students to learn fundamental life skills. My students were quickly engaged in the lesson by interacting with the presenters.
